2. Service Description

3. Account & Security
You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account
You are solely responsible for any damage caused by compromised credentials.
4. Domain & Hostname Policy
You must not:
- Register names that impersonate individuals, companies, or brands
- Use deceptive, misleading, or abusive naming patterns
- Violate trademarks or intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to:
- Reclaim, disable, or transfer any hostname
- Block domains flagged for abuse or reputation risk
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to use FastDDNS for:
- Phishing, scams, or impersonation
- Malware, botnets, or command-and-control systems
- Unauthorized surveillance or exploitation
- Hosting illegal content or services
- Network abuse, DDoS, or traffic manipulation
FastDDNS operates a zero-tolerance abuse policy.
Any violation may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Blocklisting of domains or IP ranges
6. Abuse Detection & Enforcement
We may monitor, analyze, and flag activity for:
- Unusual traffic patterns
- Abuse reports from third parties
- Security threats or system risk
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend services without prior notice
- Share necessary information with authorities when required by law
7. Billing & Paid Services
If you use paid features:
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade
We reserve the right to:
- Change pricing at any time
- Limit or revoke paid features
8. Service Availability (No SLA Guarantee)
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Real-time DNS updates
- Error-free operation
FastDDNS is not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Network failures
- Third-party infrastructure issues
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
